We are expanding our Administration Team at Advice First Financial due to continued growth.

This role will be based in our Letterkenny Office, with responsibility for the day-to-day administrative and reception duties.

You will work alongside our existing team on a full-time basis as a self-starter.


About This Opportunity

Advice First Financial provides impartial Financial & Mortgage advice tailored to meet client's specific financial needs.


Key Responsibilities

* Front of house duties including: reception, welcoming clients, answering telephone calls
* Organising and scheduling appointments for clients with our financial advisors
* Progressing task items via our systems
* Updating excel spreadsheets and file management including keeping records up to date
* Delivering first class Customer Service in order to maintain existing client relationships and engaging with new clients
* Acting in a support capacity to the Financial & Mortgage Advisors in day-to-day office activities


Requirements

A minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required. A high standard of written and oral communications in English is necessary.

A background in Office Administration, Customer Service or related discipline would be an advantage.


Key Requirements

Hard skills are important but so are soft skills.

The role will be based in our office in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. The Hours of work are: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.


Hard Skills

* 2+ years' experience in an office administration-based position.
* Sound working knowledge of the complete Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong, demonstrated administration and organisation skills.


Soft Skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to quickly build strong working relationships with clients and work colleagues.
* Ability to organise your own workload, filing methods and work in a clear and logical manner.
* Capable of working on own initiative whilst working in a team environment.
* Able to prioritise and multi-task.
* Confident in asking questions, seeking and clarifying information and have an enthusiasm to learn new experiences and be supportive of and part of a hard-working team.
* Enjoys interacting and building relationships with customers and is comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Able to make real time decisions based on changing information and able to manage your own workload.
