Accounting Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly skilled accounting assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining complete control of the accounts payable function and ensuring accuracy in purchase pricing and quantity.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining weekly bank/cash reconciliations and investigating any issues.
* Preparing weekly margin reports in specific shop departments.
* Assisting in customer fuel card administration, pricing, and billing.
* Preparing Return of Oil movement reports.
* Undertaking ad-hoc projects as directed by the financial controller.
