Payroll Team Lead Role
This is a key leadership position in our organization, responsible for managing the bespoke onboarding process across multiple clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in people management and payroll, with a proven track record of meeting delivery SLA's & KPI's.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the centralized helpdesk for all MSP TEG clients and workers
* Point of Contact for payroll, invoicing, and POs
* Coaching and motivating the team to create a positive work environment
* Project Management and identity improvement opportunities within workflows
Requirements for this role include:
* Minimum of 1 year payroll experience
* Experience managing a helpdesk
* Well-organized, energetic, result-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative mentality
* Strong numerical and reporting skills
* Excellent communication skills
