Technical Manager - Food Manufacturing Industry
About the Role
The Technical Manager is responsible for ensuring that finished products and raw materials meet product specifications. This includes producing all finished products in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing interactions with customers, suppliers, and external agencies regarding customer complaints, defect reports, and quality alerts.
* Designing and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards within the department.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
* Background in auditing and quality systems.
* Diploma or bachelor's degree in food science or quality management.
* Strong understanding of Quality Standards and HACCP Certification.
* Experience in Chilled/Frozen Production.
