Due to increased amount of workload, we are recruiting for a Transport Admin Cler to Join Our Team.The successful candidate will ideally have:-previous transport experience-good geographic knowledge around Ireland-excellent customer service and communication skills-proficient skills in computers (emails / transport systems)Duties & Responsibilities:Dealing with queries from drivers.Dealing with customers and resolving any queries.Provide assistance to senior staff in ad hoc duties.Complete office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.Carrying out clerical duties such as managing phone calls and correspondenceGeneral transport and compliance administrative duties as requiredOngoing rescheduling of loads and routes.Assisting with the co-ordination of a team that delivers throughout IrelandGeneral Administration.Document management / POD ManagingMinimum Requirements:At least 1 year as Transport Admin with an established transport/logistics provider with a proven ability to solve logistical issues to the customers satisfaction. Preferred but not essential.Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsProblem-solving attitude with an eye for detailComputer literate (MS Office) – ability to communicate clearly and concisely by email (Outlook),Experience with Transport Planning Software, preferred but not essentialBe able to work in a pressurized team environmentFluency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to make quick decisionsSalary depending on Experience - will be discussed at an Interview.Please send your CV with a cover Letter to
