Trainee Manager – Limerick City Centre
Excel Recruitment is seeking motivated candidates for the position of Trainee Manager for their client's store Limerick City Centre.
Salary: €33k

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
2. Oversee staff performance, provide training, and ensure high levels of customer service
3. Manage inventory, including stock control and replenishment
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
6. Contribute to sales targets and promotional activities
7. Participate in staff scheduling and shift planning
8. Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
Requirements:
9. Proven experience in a retail environment, ideally in a supermarket or convenience store
10. Strong leadership and team management skills
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
13. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
14. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
