We are looking for new talent for our independent jewellery store in Dublin's city centre We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Advisor who is a natural people person and enjoys helping customers find their perfect piece. The ideal candidate will be honest, hard working, punctual and flexible with great customer service skills. The role is currently 4 days per week but must be flexible to work full time during busy periods and to assist with holiday cover when required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in jewellery sales or within an independent store.
* A love of working with people and excellent customer service skills
* A knowledge of Shopify is an advantage
* Weekend availability
* Good I.T. skills
* Flexible, punctual, hard working, a good team player.
* Fluent English is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers and providing friendly advice and knowledge of all our independent designers.
* Keeping the store tidy and organised
* Responding to customer enquiries and fulfilling online orders
* Dealing with incoming stock
* Visual Merchandising
* Opening and closing of store as required
* Reconciling till at end of day
Salary: from 15.50 per hour dependent on experience
Hours 32 to 40 hours per week
