About This Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key player in driving sales growth, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Non-Profit and Education sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets
* Utilize CRM software to track pipeline activity and forecast sales performance
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
* Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience in SaaS solutions
* Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
* Adaptability and business acumen, with experience building business cases and developing champions
* Professional fluency in German, with ability to support clients in relevant language region
