At the core of this role is responsibility for overseeing all aspects of bar operations.
* Bar service management entails daily supervision and control over customer interactions, ordering processes, and operational efficiency to maintain high standards.
* The position requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team consisting of bartenders, servers, hosts/hostesses, and other staff members working together to provide excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:• Daily Service Management: Establish efficient procedures for managing staff during peak periods while ensuring consistency in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
