Job Description:
Leverage your technical expertise to provide high-quality support and configuration for Workday and related systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business stakeholders, IT architects, and HR technology teams to maintain effective Workday configuration and integrations.
* Work directly with business to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
* Identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions within and outside of Workday.
* Effectively prioritize and escalate issues.
* Author and execute detailed test scripts.
* Maintain effective systems documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
* Lead projects to upgrade or build new integrations.
* Continuously improve the operations of the Workday team.
Requirements:
Multiple years of experience in Workday integration design and development.
Multiple years of experience in an IT role supporting global, enterprise, or SaaS applications.
Experience with ITIL-based IT support, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
Problem-solving skills necessary to solve complex technical issues.
Ability to establish relationships and influence those outside of the immediate area.
Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, the impact of IT problems on the business.
Manage and prioritize competing priorities and manage communications with stakeholders.
Coaching, mentoring, and teaching skills.
Ability to independently manage work and meet strict deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
