Senior Remuneration Strategist
This is a high-impact position where you'll craft compensation structures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary policy, bonus schemes, share plans, and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
* Coordinate senior management compensation across European entities in partnership with UK Reward teams to drive consistency and excellence.
* Monitor employment legislation, market trends, and survey data to adapt reward strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reward strategy and end-to-end compensation management, as well as strong leadership and team management skills. They will also have expertise in reviewing and re-engineering reward processes using technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
