Who should apply
This role will suit individuals with the following background:
Qualified accountant with strong M&A experience
8+ years' experience ideally in a Big 4 Corporate Finance team at Associate Director or Director level
Strong financial modelling skills and commercial acumen
Exposure to both buy and sell-side M&A projects
Role and Responsibilities
This is a newly created role and will involve:
M&A Execution
– Lead on buy-side and sell-side M&A activity from screening through to completion
Financial Modelling
– Build robust financial models to support investment decisions and valuations
Strategic Analysis
– Evaluate investment opportunities and present findings to senior stakeholders
Due Diligence
– Manage due diligence processes with external advisors and internal teams
Transaction Support
– Support deal structuring, negotiations and legal documentation
Market Research
– Conduct market and sector analysis to identify potential targets
Board Interaction
– Prepare reports and presentations for board-level consideration
Funding Strategy
– Assess equity and debt funding options to support investment activity
