Accounts Assistant Contract role until July **** which may be extended Office based role Hours 9-5 Main Duties: Weekly KPI Reporting: Update, analyse, and distribute weekly KPI reports and performance data.
Identify trends and variances to support management decision-making.
Performance Review: Review and analyse performance data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Support the Live Ops team in providing insights to drive efficiency and profitability.
Gate Cost Accounts: Assist in preparing and reconciling weekly gate cost accounts.
Ensure all data and supporting documentation are complete and accurate.
Purchase Order Management: Manage the PO process for the Live Operations department.
Track approvals, maintain accurate records, and liaise with suppliers as required.
Queries & Support: Respond promptly and professionally to supplier queries.
Resolve issues or escalate where necessary.
Ad Hoc Financial & Administrative Tasks: Support the finance team with additional reporting, reconciliations, and analysis as needed.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements: Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
