We are currently looking for Part-timeHSE Consultantsto join our team in Dublin.Working pattern: flexibility between Monday-FridayMain duties and responsibilities:Developing and administering procedures to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislative requirements and corporate Environmental and Health & Safety policy;Assist in the maintenance and development of ISO45001, ISO14001 & ISO9001 as part of the Integrated Management systemConducting and reviewing risk assessmentsCo-ordinate, developing and delivering training to staff in core H&E subjectsManagement and development of site Emergency Preparedness and Response PlanProviding health and safety advice and support on site / client projectsInvestigation and formal recording and reporting of accidents or incidents onsite or on client sitesPreparing health and safety documentation required for site projects (PSDP/PSCS duties)Ensuring contractor safety management arrangements are established and implementedMaintaining close liaison with facilities, technical and administrative staff to ensure implementation of regulations pertaining to Health and SafetyWork closely with senior managers and provide advice where necessary;Maintaining systems of auditing in accordance with current Environmental & Health and Safety legislation and Corporate proceduresMaintain and administer HSEQ software systems around document control, auditing, incident reporting etc;Requirements:Minimum level 7 degree or higher diploma in H&SMinimum 3 years' experience in a customer service driven environmentExperience working with management systems i.e. ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001Proven ability to work on own initiative, with problem solving skills and be innovativeMembership of IOSH (or working towards) or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft IT applicationsFull Clean Driving Licence and access to own vehicleFlexibility to travel as requiredWe are looking to hear from anyone with skills in these areasPlease complete the application and upload your CV if you wish to applyIND1
