This role focuses on developing strong senior-level partner relationships, driving channel performance, and supporting commercial and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Participate in partner ecosystem planning and execution, leading senior-level relationship development with key partners (e.g., Gold and Silver partners).Guide partners in understanding sales strategies and solutions while driving the implementation of channel policies.Take ownership of achieving assigned sales targets.Contribute to commercial market and distribution industry insights.Build and expand partner networks, identify capability gaps, and design and implement partner enablement programs.Monitor the execution and effectiveness of partner enablement initiatives.Plan and execute marketing activities in collaboration with partners.Support partners in business development and partial operational management.Implement risk control measures and monitor on-site operational quality.Provide quality analysis and drive continuous improvement processes.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience in the solar industry or a relevant role in related companies.Educational background in power electronics, power systems, electrical engineering, energy, or other photovoltaic-related fields is preferred.Highly driven, self-motivated, and passionate about renewable energy and solar.Strong knowledge of customer engagement and relationship management.Excellent communication, coordination, and resource integration skills.Solid technical foundation with strong learning ability.Strong interest in sales and partner-facing roles.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).Get in touch today
