Electrical Quantity Surveyor Role
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage one or multiple contracts. The successful candidate will oversee the full commercial lifecycle from tender to final account, ensuring maximum value for the organization.
* Prepare detailed budgets and develop BOQs, profit plans, and commercial reports in conjunction with the project team.
* Manage interim commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams.
* Report on the commercial status of projects as required.
* Administer contract obligations and additional client requirements.
* Issue interim and final accounts, progress applications, and include remeasures, site changes, dayworks, and applicable claims.
* Identify potential commercial risks and report promptly to senior management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying.
* Prior experience working on electrical projects is essential.
* Strong knowledge of contract law is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
* High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
