Senior Power Platform Developer/Solution Architect
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to build and maintain custom business applications.
This contract role is available on a hybrid or remote working arrangement.
Applicants must be based in Ireland or the UK.
The ideal candidate should be a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
This role requires strong experience in C#, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), Model-Driven Apps, and Share Point integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Apps, particularly Model-Driven Applications
Build custom PCF controls to extend Power Apps functionality
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Share Point, Dataverse, APIs, and other Microsoft 365 services
Develop and maintain backend services using C# and.
NET
Implement data integration and ETL processes using Kingsway Soft and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and aligned with best practices
Provide support and maintenance for existing applications
Document technical designs, configurations, and code
Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Model-Driven Apps
Strong proficiency in C# and.
NET Framework/Core
Hands-on experience with PCF control development
Solid understanding of Share Point Online and its integration with Power Apps
Experience with Kingsway Soft for data integration and ETL processes (desirable)
Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps
Experience with REST APIs, OData, and Webhooks
Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform environments
Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Dev Ops, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and its customization
Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) are a plus
