About the Role:
Our clientis seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Administrator to manage financial operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports).
* Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
* Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
* Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Track incoming payments against client projects and update ongoing project invoices.
* Implement financial procedures and controls to improve efficiency.
* Provide financial insights and analysis to management.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
