Reperio has partnered with a market leader in the Digital Banking space that is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead their Mobile Development team.
In this role, you will elevate software engineering capabilities, instil a culture of continuous improvement, and drive innovation across their Mobile Solutions offering. You will bring deep expertise in Mobile Development and Architecture, alongside proven experience in Thought Leadership, Strategy Development, and Stakeholder Engagement, ideally within the Fintech and/or Banking sector.
Requirements:
1. Significant experience in Mobile Application development with a proven track record in the delivery of high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of mobile development technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Swift, as well as key frameworks like React Native and Flutter.
3. Strong experience in Mobile Architecture and its associated design patterns, security best practices, encryption, and data protection.
4. Solid experience creating high-standard customer experiences through mobile channels.
5. Strong Stakeholder Management experience and a solid Commercial mindset.
6. Expertise in Agile development, version control, CI/CD, rapid exploration, incubation methodologies, and automated testing.
