CRM Manager
– Dublin, Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Dublin Central) / 2 days remote
Are you a strategic, hands-on CRM professional ready to drive transformation in marketing automation, client and customer engagement?
We are partnering with a leading global organisation to find an experienced
CRM Manager,
who will report to a Head of Digital Marketing driving change and transformation across systems and strategies.
In this role, you will develop and lead the CRM vision, manage integrated campaigns, and optimise the organisations use of databases and marketing automation tools.
You will also oversee a team of 2 in CRM and Email Marketing while collaborating closely with stakeholders and external vendors.
Day to day duties include -
Lead the CRM and marketing automation strategy, aligning activity to firm-wide goals
Oversee campaign execution – from audience segmentation to reporting
Manage and mentor a team across CRM, email and automation functions
Ensure seamless integration between CRM, marketing, and finance systems
Drive data quality, compliance (GDPR), and governance across platforms
Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
What You Bring -
5+ years' CRM and marketing experience, prior leadership experience ideal.
Strong track record of leading CRM system development, adoption, and integration
Skilled in delivering end-to-end campaign strategy
Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills
Prior experience in a global corporate organisation advantageous.
