The facilities team is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our ranks. As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our training centre.
* You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance duties, including basic repairs, woodwork, painting, and DIY tasks.
* You will perform routine inspections of buildings, fixtures, fittings, and equipment and report any defects or safety issues.
* You will carry out minor repairs to furniture, doors, fixtures, and fittings as required.
* You will assist with painting, decorating, and improvement projects as needed.
