This is aclient-facing rolecombining hands-on technical delivery with reporting, advisory, and account ownership responsibilities across multiple sites nationwide.The successful candidate will act as atrusted technical advisor, working directly with clients, providing recommendations, and supporting compliance, performance, and contract retention.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary technical contact for assigned FM client accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and site teamsCarry out water treatment testing across boiler, RO/Demin, condensate, closed and process systemsOversee WTP operations and SWAS checksAnalyse results and provide clear reports and improvement recommendationsIdentify risks, non-conformances, and corrective actions with close-out plansLiaise with FM teams on technical issues and system improvementsManage chemical handling, stock control, and orderingEnsure environmental and discharge complianceCandidate ProfileEssential:Minimum 5 years' experience in water treatmentProven client-facing or account management experienceStrong background in boiler water and closed systems treatmentAbility to work autonomously across multiple sitesFull clean driving licenceExcellent communication and reporting skillsDesirable:Facilities Management or multi-site contract experienceExperience in industrial, healthcare, pharma, or power environmentsWhat is on OfferCompetitive salary packageCompany vehicle or car allowanceFully expensed nationwide travelOngoing training and development
