Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for two key roles within its Innovative Medicine organization: a Value Architecture Engineering Lead and a Site Engineering Lead. Both positions are located in Global hubs such as Little Island (Cork, Ireland), Titusville (New Jersey, USA), Zug (Switzerland) or the specific Cork site. Value Architecture Engineering Lead
Locations: Little Island, Cork, Ireland; Titusville, New Jersey, USA; Zug, Switzerland
Purpose: As a Value Engineering Lead you will shape the future of our Innovative Medicine organization, translating value‑chain strategy into time‑enabled business capabilities and driving value realization across Transcend and IMFT programs.

Partner with Finance Value Capture lead to translate strategy into value‑add, time‑based business capabilities during discovery phases.
Support the implementation and improvement of our value-realization framework, embedding it into strategy design and execution.
Define & track KPIs for efficiency, value realization, and strategic alignment; perform opportunity loss analysis.
Act as liaison between transformation teams, Finance, and senior leadership; facilitate workshops and working sessions.
Promote end‑to‑end thinking, break down silos, and ensure enterprise‑wide solutions are scalable and sustainable.
Collaborate on strategic planning and deployment roadmaps with Technology Capability; participate in demand‑intake governance model.
Communicate with business users, Finance, IT, and TIME program teams to align with strategic goals.
Stay current on SAP S/4HANA advancements, driving innovation and value through emerging technologies.
Identify and manage risks to achieve value outcomes; represent strategy team in interdependency governance forums.

Qualifications:

SAP S/4HANA experience – deep knowledge & 5+ years of experience with SAP Value Engineering and S/4HANA implementations.
Experience with SAP Value Lifecycle Manager (VLM), SAP Digital Discovery Assessment (DDA), SAP Signavio (Process Insights, Value Accelerators), and related lifecycle tools; familiarity with non‑SAP process mining tools.
Strong Lifescience business and financial acumen; ability to translate capabilities into tangible value.
Leadership – proven track record in cross‑functional initiatives and measurable business impact.
Project management methodology experience; budgeting & resource management.
Stakeholder management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, changing environment; influence and challenge stakeholders.
Drive change and inspire adoption of new processes and technologies.



Compensation: €104,000 – €179,515 per year. Additional benefits include an annual bonus, vacation days, parental leave (minimum 12 weeks), bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, wellbeing reimbursement, and various insurance plans.
Site Engineering Lead
Location: Little Island, Cork, Ireland
Purpose: The Site Engineering Lead leads the Asset Management team, providing engineering solutions, maintenance practices, and automation support for API and product manufacturing across the Innovative Medicines portfolio.

Develop and manage an engineering budget based on asset risk, criticality, availability, and costs.
Ensure the engineering team has the required size, skills, training, and ongoing development.
Implement standards for recurring work, including methods, safety analyses, resource planning, and cost compilation.
Continuous improvement through KPIs, process monitoring, and implementation of improvement opportunities.
Define engineering requirements for equipment reliability, availability, maintainability, lifecycle costs, and performance standards.
Review engineering standards, provide guidance on technology and components, and coordinate FRACAS and equipment reviews.
Own risk assessment processes (FMECA, HAZOP, RCM), set mitigation strategies, and determine maintenance and spare parts needs.
Maintain up‑to‑date asset documentation and CMMS data.
Accountable for execution of engineering projects, NPIs, PLCMs, CIP, JJPS, and Lean initiatives.
Lead Platform Asset Management initiatives and ensure local execution.
