Role Title: Wellness Specialist
Role Location: Vhi Naas Rd/Hybrid
Vhi Health & Wellbeing have a full time temporary 2-year fixed term contract for a Wellness Specialist.
The Wellness Specialist will play a key role as the interface between Vhi Health & Wellbeing and our corporate clients. The successful candidate will work closely with a primary corporate client, spending three days per week onsite at their Dublin offices to design and implement an attractive, innovative, and personalised wellness programme. In addition, the Wellness Specialist will support the wellness needs of other corporate clients for two days per week.
A full clean driving licence & flexibility to travel will be required
Role Purpose
* Work closely with the client to understand their needs to develop and implement a comprehensive, personalised wellbeing programme.
* Lead and coordinate clinical and non-clinical third-party providers on the client site to ensure a seamless experience for the corporate customer and their employees.
* Build strong relationships with additional corporate clients (two days per week) and collaborate to design and implement tailored wellbeing programmes.
* Deliver a superior proposition by leveraging expertise from internal Vhi stakeholders.
* Present evidence-based results and data to clients, clearly demonstrating improvements in wellness achieved through partnership with Vhi.
* Foster effective working relationships with colleagues across Vhi Health & Wellbeing teams to deliver best-in-class propositions and services.
* Contribute to the development of new wellness initiatives and solutions within Health & Wellbeing.
* Manage key corporate client relationships, ensuring wellness requirements are met and customer service metrics achieved.
* Drive demonstrable improvements in employee engagement and wellness scores for corporate clients.
Education & Experience
* Relevant degree level or equivalent qualification in a health / wellness related discipline, such as Health Promotion, Wellness, Counselling, Nursing or similar.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing relationship management role.
* Experience in a similar corporate wellness role is a distinct advantage
Skills and Abilities
* Ability to analyse and interpret data to measure success of health and wellness initiatives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
* Exceptional planning and time management effectively prioritises tasks and can manage multiple complex tasks.
* Demonstrated alignment to the Vhi values.
