Job Title: Shift Team Leader
The National Aquatic Centre is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Shift Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Schedule and supervise staff during allocated shifts
* Maintain high standards of customer service, health and safety, and operational efficiency.
* Delegate tasks effectively and manage staff rosters.
* Liaise with General Operatives (GOs) on shift to ensure cleaning duties are completed effectively.
Facilities Management Experience Required
- Previous experience in supervisory or leadership roles;
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record;)
