This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Ireland.You will take a leading role in managing multiple live projects, with current work focused onEducational and Healthcare builds in Carlow / Kildare and South & Southwest Dublin, along with upcoming projects in thepharmaceutical sector.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and a stable senior management team, this role offers long-term career progression and professional development.The successful candidate will oversee project teams, drive programme and cost performance, ensure safety excellence, and maintain strong client relationships across all assigned projects.Salary & Benefits€110,000–€130,000 DOECompany vehicle + mileagePension schemePerformance bonusExcellent career progression opportunitiesAdditional benefits discussed at interviewKey ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of multiple construction projects (initially two major schemes).Provide guidance on programme management, quality standards, design coordination, and risk mitigation.Ensure all contractual obligations are understood, monitored, and reported.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.Oversee procurement planning and subcontractor performance.Support site teams with technical queries and construction solutions.Drive health & safety compliance across all sites.Review cost reports, resource planning, and project progress regularly.Support senior leadership with forecasting, planning, and team development.Attend key project meetings and represent the contractor at senior level.RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (or trade background with strong experience).10+ years' experience with a main contractor (Irish/UK Tier 1 or Tier 2).Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts.Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.Ability to support technical decision-making and guide project teams.Full Irish driving licence.Irish or UK construction experience is essential.For a confidential discussion on this and all Construction & Engineering opportunities contactShane Flemingat orEoin Carey at.Alternatively apply via the link provided.
