Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Have strong organizational skills, be self-motivated and highly reliable
2. Work alongside our existing team to meet deadlines and achieve production targets
3. Communicate with management on machine maintenance and productivity
4. Ensure the machine is operating effectively, efficiently and safely
Key Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
2. Flexible and extremely reliable to meet production targets
3. Fluent written and spoken English
4. Strong attention to detail, precision and quality control
5. Ability to learn quickly and prioritize workload
Skills:
1. Experience within the Kitchen & bedroom furniture manufacturing Industry
2. Knowledge of machine maintenance and operation
3. Experience using wood production machinery
4. CNC operation
