The team works closely with the Accounts Payable, Sourcing, & Procurement teams as part of the procure-to-pay process, ensuring the firm's business needs are met.The firm is looking for a high-energy, results oriented Senior Vendor Management Analyst to assist with the onboarding of new vendors globally for the firm, monitoring of vendors, & partnering with our risk partners internally. The Senior Vendor Management Analyst will be involved in the day-to-day managing of the due diligence process, coordinating with key stakeholders & risk partners to review & assess new vendors.The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:Strong project management skillsExcellent attention to detail with dedication to accuracy, quality, and integrityUnderstanding of the due diligence processAbility to identify areas for process improvementProficiency with Microsoft ExcelExposure to TableauPrincipal ResponsibilitiesEnsure firm-wide needs for global vendor due diligence, risk assessment and continuous vendor monitoring are being accomplished including financial viability, information security, business continuity, etc.Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across the firm, including various risk partners and technology teamsConsolidate the internal business and compliance requirements and facilitate communication within the organization to develop a coordinated approach with suppliers and internal business partnersSupport the development of firm-wide protocol for Vendor Onboarding requirements (e.g., timing, notification process, etc.)Communicate and manage expectations with business partners to ensure the correct due diligence is completed based on vendor engagementCreate reporting and metrics to measure, manage and communicate program progressSupport in the development of a vendor onboarding and ongoing monitoring frameworkManage supplier performance along with business owners (work with business to conduct annual vendor performance reviews)Coordinate with suppliers to collect required information in order to conduct proper due diligence (questionnaires, certifications, etc.)Qualifications/Skills RequiredBachelor's Degree in business or other management discipline, such as supply chain managementMinimum of 3+ years vendor risk experience (financial services experience preferred) Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), & data visualization software (Tableau)Experience with technology-related contracts including software licensingWorking knowledge law with good business judgment requiredExceptional project management skills and the ability to lead projects from start to finish; ability to resolve open issuesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with solid business judgmentQuick learner, detail oriented, demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of workAble to prioritize and perform with a high sense of urgency in a fast moving, high pressured, and constantly changing environmentDemonstrated success in balancing the need for efficiency and scale with client satisfaction and a sense of high touch service deliveryAbility to work independently and in ambiguous environments with exceptional time management skillsExperience influencing mid to senior level executives / ability to build and maintain working relationships across various partnersProven ability to build relationships both internally and externally and integrate with a broader team
