Join Select Roofing, a leading commercial and residential roofing specialist in Ireland. We're looking for a proactive Site Foreman who can lead roofing teams, maintain safety and quality standards, and deliver projects efficiently across Cork & Munster. If you're a hands-on leader with a "get-it-done" mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day roofing crew tasks (installation of flat, pitched, and single-ply systems)
* Coordinate subcontractors (scaffolding, insulation, etc.) to keep programmes on track
* Lead daily safety briefings, enforce PPE, and conduct site inspections
* Maintain all site records: timesheets, progress reports, material logs, snagging lists
* Perform quality control checks at milestones; escalate concerns promptly
* Mentor junior team members in practical skills and safety best-practice
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' Foreman or Lead Operative experience in Irish construction/roofing
* Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems and site processes
* Certified in CSCS; BuildSafe / SafePass
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills under tight deadlines
* Ability to read blueprints and produce accurate site reports
