Senior Unified Communications and Contact Center Consultant
1. Senior UC, Call Manager and Contact Center services for our enterprise client
2. Long-term Day Rate Contract
3. Hybrid Dublin
Our client requires an individual with excellent knowledge of modern Call Center & Contact Center systems, with an understanding of environment and integration. Ideally good knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager to deliver application and support services for their National Contact Call Center.
Enterprise Knowledge with:
4. CUCM – Cisco Unified Communications Manager
5. UCCX – Unified Contact Center Express
6. UCCE – Unified Contact Center Enterprise
Certs:
7. CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
8. Technical Degree – would be nice – Science / computer science / engineering
Additional requirements:
9. Advanced understanding of IVR technology and platforms such as Call Center System, Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco, and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems (Relevant certificates in IVR technologies or platforms are preferred).
10. Familiarity with contact center environments and Concentrix EVIP applications.
11. Technical knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications, Oracle, and .NET based GUI applications.
12. ACD, IVR, Call flows
13. Business Integration
14. Vendor and telco service provider management
15. AI
16. System update/patching and security
17. Functional and technical drafting of tender preparation, with experience in drafting and leading a tender in the EU Journal preferred.
18. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
19. Strong organizational and time management skills.
20. Excellent writing skills.
