10+ years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience operating within large, complex organisations (public sector experience advantageous)
Strong track record in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and transformation
Experience leading large teams and managing senior stakeholders across the organisation
Strong understanding of HR systems, data-driven decision making, and governance frameworks
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and influence at executive level
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and operating as part of the senior leadership team, this role will lead the Human Resources function and contribute to overall organisational strategy.
Executive Leadership – Act as a key member of the leadership team contributing to strategic planning and organisational direction
Team Leadership – Lead and manage a senior HR leadership team across multiple HR disciplines
Workforce Strategy – Develop and implement a long-term workforce planning and organisational design strategy
HR Operations – Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development
Governance & Compliance – Ensure HR practices align with regulatory, policy, and governance frameworks
Stakeholder Engagement – Engage with internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership and regulatory bodies
Transformation & Change – Lead HR transformation initiatives including digitisation, automation, and process improvement
Culture & Performance – Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
