Job Opportunity:
The role of Project Manager - Fit Outs involves overseeing the management of projects from planning and design through to successful completion and commissioning. This position requires a high level of expertise in construction and infrastructure project management, preferably with experience in aviation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project delivery, including schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract, and risk management.
* Coordinate with relevant team members and functions.
* Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan aligned with standards and methods.
Project Management Activities:
* Issue and evaluate tenders, presenting recommendations to senior management.
* Coordinate project phases, ensuring interface considerations are addressed.
* Maintain project task trackers and risk registers.
* Manage change control processes and project information flow.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 years of experience in Construction/Infrastructure, preferably including aviation projects.
* Experience with E-Tenders and procurement.
* Experience working on-site and managing construction projects.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BIM, SharePoint, and database management.
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
