* Configure and maintain user accounts on the internal IT system to optimize performance.
* Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for business-specific applications such as MICROS POS and Oracle Opera.
* Develop comprehensive SOP documentation for all IT department processes to enhance efficiency.
* Diagnose and resolve printer, mobile device, and other peripheral issues efficiently.
* Offer hands-on technical assistance across departments, identifying and resolving hardware, software, and application problems.
* Manage desktop antivirus systems to protect against cyber threats.
* Diagnose, repair, and escalate hardware or software problems when necessary.
* Provide initial user support and escalate issues when required.
* Perform routine maintenance on audiovisual (AV) systems to ensure optimal functionality.
