Security Engineer (DevSecOps)

What You'll Do Here
* Harden CI/CD pipelines to ensure a pristine supply‑chain security posture.
* Practice and evangelize an Everything‑as‑Code approach to infrastructure, configuration, and policy.
* Design and implement scalable guardrails to secure our multi‑cloud infrastructure.
* Automate mundane repetitive tasks to maintain compliance with security frameworks.
* Triage and review findings from security tools, collaborating with engineers to drive timely resolution.
What We're Looking For
* Based in the UK, Ireland or Poland.
* 3+ years of professional experience in a similar security engineering role.
* Proven CI/CD security expertise (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
* Hands‑on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP preferred).
* Familiarity with modern security tooling (CNAPP, SAST, SCA).
Bonus Tactics
* Programming experience in a general‑purpose language (Go and/or Python preferred).
* Hands‑on experience securing containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Rudimentary knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001).

It provides a secure, standardized, and governed workspace to deploy autonomous coding agents alongside human developers, accelerating innovation while maintaining control and compliance.
Interview Process
We aim to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, depending on schedule. You will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and leaders.
AI Use During Interviews
* Using AI assistance during conversational interviews is not permitted.
* AI tooling is allowed for take‑home assessments; disclose any usage honestly.
