Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective actions where required
Manage budgets, production scheduling, and capacity planning
