We are seeking an accomplished Security Leader to oversee the security operations across multiple late-night venues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of security personnel in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
* Oversee all security rostering and scheduling, including recruitment and training of new staff members
* Liaise with venue management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
* Drive a positive, safety-focused culture within the security team
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in high-volume, late-night venues is essential
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Valid PSA licence and all required certifications
