Job Title:
Motor Parts Manager On-Target Earnings €65,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage our parts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with external and internal customers, developing new parts business and continuously monitoring and improving systems and processes to maximise revenue and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with existing parts customers to ensure high level of customer service
• Identify opportunities and generate new parts business with both existing and new customers
• Ensure that the parts department is always run in an orderly and efficient manner
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all the parts requirements
• Meet Parts & Accessories yearly sales targets
• Reduce out of stock events to an absolute minimum while keeping stock levels in check
• Manage parts department inventories including stocktaking process, parts returns, obsolescence and best storekeeping practices
Benefits:
Very attractive remuneration package of OTE €65,000 including bonuses plus company car.
Requirements:
• Highly motivated, flexible team player, ability to work in a small team
• Strong work ethic, passion for delivering results without compromising on quality
• Demonstrating strong organisational and administration skills
• Working within a dynamic team environment
• 5+ years motor aftersales and / or body shop experience desirable
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
• Knowledge of Keyloop/Kerridge Automotive System a distinct advantage
