Role Overview
We are seeking an Employment Case Manager to join our team. As an Employment Case Manager, you will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to provide personalized support and guidance towards sustainable employment.
* Use industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals and barriers to employment
* Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search assistance
* Maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and adaptable person with strong case management capabilities, relationship skills, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to build rapport and trust with clients, motivate them to own their journey, and provide individualized support based on their particular needs.
