An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to support the delivery and coordination of key programmes within a fast-paced and dynamic business transformation environment.
Reporting directly to the Director of Business Transformation, this role offers valuable exposure to programme management practices, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement across multiple client initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of programme documentation, frameworks, and templates for client service delivery.
Support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of active client programmes.
Train team members in the effective use of for project management.
Identify and track programme risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required.
Contribute to lessons learned reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in preparing KPI dashboards and progress reports for leadership review.
Provide light support to marketing activities, such as preparing content for LinkedIn and maintaining visual brand consistency across communications.
