The Role
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Property team
* Draft, format, and proofread property-related legal documents and correspondence
* Manage diaries, meetings, and client communications
* Assist with file management, billing, and document organisation
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties in a professional manner
* Support property transactions and day-to-day team administration
The Person
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Property or Real Estate
* Strong typing, formatting, and document production skills
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
* Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
