The Role:
Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, the candidate will maintain accurate financial records, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and filing financial documents
* Processing accounts payable and receivable
* Reconciling company accounts
Administration:
* Providing general administrative support, including scheduling, answering phones, and correspondence
* Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems
* Managing office supplies and equipment
* Supporting report, presentation, and documentation preparation
* Coordinating with external vendors
Skills & Experience Needed:
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
* Experience in bookkeeping and office administration
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The Offer:
This is a 12-month fixed-term hybrid contract based in Ennis, Co. Clare, with a salary in the €30K - €35K range, depending on experience (pro-rata).
Working hours are 8:45 am – 5 pm, three days per week: one in Ennis and two remote.
