We are looking for aCleaning supervisorto join our team in a private hospital located in Dublin 4Full-time, flexibility to cover morning, evening and occasionally night shiftsMonday to Sunday in rotation.Main duties and responsibilities:To undertake daily cleaning of the building in line with Health & Safety Standards. The cleaning supervisor will work within a team to ensure that the healthcare facility is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.Undertake general cleaning of all clinical and non-clinical areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells and toilets, etc.Dusting and washing floors and wallsSweeping, floor polishing and waste disposalWash windows, walls and ceilingsDust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furnitureClean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliancesEnsuring the toilet facilities are kept clean and supplies are replenished when requiredOrganize staff cover, handle complainsClean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers and elevatorsDisinfect operating rooms and other building areasGeneral housekeeping and cleaning around the building and litter controlKeep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required.Have a flexible approach to work in response to business change, development and review of best practiceTo undertake other duties as requested by the ManagerPrevious experience working in a hospital or medical environment is desirableWe are happy to hear from anyone with skills in any of these areas.Requirements:A can-do attitudeExperience of a similar roleGood working knowledge of EnglishKnowledge and willingness to apply safe working practicesKnowledge of how to use the equipment necessary to carry out the assigned tasksGarda Vetting is required.We are looking forward to hearing from youIND3
