Job Title: Plant Maintenance Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance activities to ensure optimal production performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, including planned and preventative maintenance, to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency
* Work closely with engineers and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, including assigning work tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring competence of the engineering team
* Collaborate with site utilities management to ensure optimum production and cost performance
* Develop proactive maintenance strategies to improve overall reliability of the plant, personnel, and production processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years experience in an Engineering / Technical / Maintenance role, preferably within production & manufacturing
* Leading and managing a team, including leadership to career development
* Engineering (Level 7 or 8) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or recognised equivalent is an advantage
