Finishing Manager Position
Your new role is a challenging opportunity to join our expanding organisation as a Finishing Manager.
As a Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.
You will have excellent communication skills and a proven record of working and managing teams on complex construction projects in the Irish/UK industry.
* Previous management experience with a construction contractor is essential.
* Prior experience managing subcontractors for internal works/facade or groundworks is necessary.
* A carpentry trade background is advantageous but not required.
Benefits:
You will work for a main construction contractor that values its employees and offers clear progression paths to senior management levels. You will be paid either by the hour or on a salary. Hourly rates range from €30 to €40 per hour (typically 45-50 hour weeks). This includes PAYE or self-employed setup, time and a half, etc. The annual pay for hourly rates would be approximately €80,000 to €100,000. In terms of salary, this would be in the region of €70,000 to €80,000, including benefits like a vehicle/trip, pension, and additional perks. There are typically reviews after six months regarding performance and salaries/rates.
