Role Description Key role for a dynamic hands-on engineer looking for an opportunity to drive R&D and product development projects. This person will collaborate closely with the Technical Manager collaborating across design, quality, and manufacturing teams, and contribute to innovative solutions that make a real impact. Responsibilities Lead and support hands-on R&D and product development projects. Collaborate across teams to bring innovative Med Tech solutions from concept to manufacturing. Contribute to design, testing, documentation, and risk management. Identify opportunities for process and product improvement. Mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed. Educational / Professional Details required Experienced in R&D or product development (Med Tech / Biotech preferred). Familiar with regulated environments and design control processes (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820). Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and engaging with stakeholders and customers. Skilled in problem-solving and hands-on engineering, with proficiency in CAD and related tools.
