Associate Director level Quantity Surveyor managing some exciting shovel ready large scale projects.
The suitable candidate will be based mainly in our Dublin / Kildare office with opportunity for remote working and should have the following attributes:
Chartered status.
Minimum 10 years + post grad experience.
Strong understanding of construction technology.
Strong measurement skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated / team player.
Ambitious / pro-active.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Strong contract administration skills on mainly private sector projects.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience in the use of CostX (or similar) measurement software.
