Job Title: Senior Dietitian
This is a great opportunity for a dietitian to take up a leadership position in a well-supported healthcare team.
The role will commence on an agency basis, with the potential to progress into a permanent position.
The Senior Dietitian will lead the delivery of nutrition services in the community, providing individual consultations, group education programmes, and collaborating with the healthcare multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering specialist dietary assessments and personalized nutrition care plans
* Supporting children, adults, and families with various clinical conditions
* Developing and delivering group-based education sessions for healthy eating and preventative care
* Contributing to service development and shaping the paediatric nutrition pathway
* Working closely with GPs, public health nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
Requirements include:
* BSc/MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent)
* CORU registration as a Dietitian
* 3 years post-qualification experience
* Proven skills in family-focused counselling and allergy management
