Program Phases
* Phase 1 – 30‑Day Challenge – intensive onboarding and evaluation sprint. You’ll handle live product missions, unclear problems, and tight deadlines. Expect feedback every few days. The goal is to test clarity, speed, and resilience.
* Phase 2 – Development Program – structured sequence of 30–60 day product cycles. Each cycle ends with a tangible delivery—discovery, MVP, launch, or performance improvement. You’ll own real scopes, work cross‑functionally, and be coached directly by senior PMs.
* Phase 3 – Full Product Manager Role – successful graduates lead their own workstreams with measurable user and business impact.
What You’ll Do
* Drive product missions across Elfie’s B2B and B2C platforms.
* Run discovery, define metrics, and ship outcomes.
* Work tightly with design, engineering, and data.
* Deliver results in recurring 30–60 day cycles.
* Present findings and impact to leadership.
What We Expect
* 2–4 years of professional experience demonstrating strong business acumen (consulting, strategy, operations, finance, analytics, startup growth).
* Understanding of how companies create and capture value—internally and externally.
* Excellent English fluency, written and spoken.
* Precision, structure, and attention to detail.
* Evidence of resilience, curiosity, and ambition.
* Willingness to work with intensity and purpose.
Advanced Track Additional Requirements
* At least 2 years in a product role (Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent).
* CV must show quantified impact—user growth, retention, engagement or revenue metrics.
