Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Location: Dublin 12, Ireland
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 base + up to 15% annual bonus
Our client, a global leader in the resale of pre-owned luxury accessories, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join their Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable and receivable
* Maintain billing and general ledger records
* Assist with bank reconciliations and VAT returns
* Support month-end closings and financial reporting
* Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and clients
* Ensure compliance with Irish GAAP and VAT standards
Requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting
* Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Strong Excel and accounting software knowledge (SAP B1, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.)
* Familiarity with Irish accounting and VAT regulations
* Strong communication and organizational skills
