Site Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team.
This role requires a professional with at least 5 years' experience working as a site manager for a main contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or trades and excellent communication skills.
* Candidates with previous experience of supervising projects to tight deadlines and to a very high standard, including health and safety, are preferred.
* The ability to coordinate subcontractors, prepare look-ahead programmes, and chair site meetings is essential.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be able to coordinate and manage teams effectively, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will have strong organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
